House Rules

 

1. Management’s decision is final.
2. It is the player’s responsibility to protect their hand at all times.
3. One player to a hand. A player may not seek advice as to the play of their hand.
4. The English only rule will be enforced.
5. Player’s cards must remain in plain view of the dealer and other players and remain over the table at all times.
6. Cards speak for themselves. The best five cards determine the winning hand.
7. Verbal declarations in turn are binding.
8. Verbal declarations out of turn may be binding.
9. No cell phone use at the table.
10. The poker room is not responsible for players chips left on the table.
11. The player is responsible for turning their hand over at the showdown.
12. Chips in play cannot be exchanged for cash until leaving the game.
13. Cash does not play.
14. Players may not enter a game after the last two hands have been called.
15. Players may not enter a game without having a seating card.
16. Every game has a minimum buy-in. One short buy will be allowed.
17. Check and raise is permitted.
18. All games are “table stakes.” Meaning all chips must remain on the table and in play, until the player leaves that table. When cashing out, a player may not return to the same game for 30 minutes.
19. A bet and three raises will be allowed each betting round.
20. All players entering into a previously opened “flop” game must post.
21. No string bets are allowed. If a player puts in half of the required raise, they must complete the raise.
22. No splashing the pot.
23. Straddles are not allowed.
24. Show one player, show all players.
25. There will be no objects allowed on the table other than chips, cards or a reasonably sized “card capper”. 
26. Players may leave their seat for a maximum of 30 minutes. If a player has zero chips, they have 15 minutes to return. Management reserves the right to pick up players chips and open the seat to waiting players.
27. “Third man walking rule” will be strictly enforced.
28. No smoking or chewing tobacco is allowed in the poker room.
29. No Rabbit hunting.
30. Only players betting in the final betting round of that hand may ask to see a discarded hand at the showdown.
31. Verbal abuse, disruptive behavior, or vulgarity directed at other players or employees will not be tolerated.
