Players Card Terms and Conditions
  1. Players Card members receive exclusive giveaways, offers and promotions.
  2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  3. A valid state or federal issued identification is required to process the membership and redeem rewards.
  4. Additional points may be awarded periodically and promotionally.
  5. Membership and benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  6. Once points are redeemed, redemption is considered final and irrevocable.
  7. No redemptions can be made for cash as part of this program. There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.
  8. Activity must be shown on your account once every 12 months.
  9. Redemptions must be made at the Guest Services counter, the poker room host station or self-service kiosk.
  10. You must hand the dealer your rewards card prior to participating in a limit or no limit poker game to ensure that the account is properly credited. Failure to do so will result in nonaccumulation of points.
  11. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that the account is properly credited prior to leaving the mutuel window or self service terminals. Failure to do so will result in non-accumulation of points.
  12. Point balance is available at the Guest Services counter, the poker room host station, the self service kiosk, any E-Terminal or F-Terminal as well as www.dbkcplayerrewards.com.
  13. Tournaments are not included in this program.
  14. Intentional misuse or abuse of membership in earning points by partnering, deception or other unauthorized methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of membership and accumulated points.
  15. Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the Players Card Rewards Program.
  16. Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room is not responsible for lost or stolen membership cards. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.
  17. Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room is not responsible for machine malfunctions.
  18. Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room reserves the right to amend, revise or discontinue this program at anytime.
  19. Employees of Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room and those employed by vendors at the racing facility are not eligible.
  20. All decisions of Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room are final.
  21. All information pertaining to your account is strictly confidential. It is Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room’s policy not to share or sell information to any entity and to divulge only the records required by law.
