Who can join?
Anyone can become a member, provided they are 18 years of age or older. Employees
of Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker Room and those employed by
vendors at the racing facility are not eligible.
How do I earn points making a wager?
You can earn points with every dollar wagered on Daytona Greyhounds, Simulcast
Greyhounds, Jai-Alai, Thoroughbreds and Harness. Before placing your bets, have
your card swiped by a mutuel teller at the mutuel windows. If you prefer selfservice,
first, establish a balance, then swipe your card through the designated slot
on the United Tote self-service terminal and then place your bet.
How do I earn points playing poker?
You can earn points with every limit or no-limit poker game played. You must hand
the dealer your reward card prior to taking part in a limit or no-limit poker game to
ensure that the account is properly credited.
How do I know how many points I have earned?
You may check your points at the guest services counter, the poker room host
station, the self-service kiosk, any United Tote E-Terminal or F-Terminal and at
www.dbkcplayerscard.com.
When are my points credited to my account?
Accounts are updated at the end of each day. Total points are credited to accounts
and posted on the following day after wagers are made or non-tournament poker is
played.
How do I redeem my points?
Members can redeem points by visiting in person, the guest services counter, the
poker room host station and the self-service kiosk. Just present your card and
proper identification.
Does using the card slow down the wagering process or a poker game?
No. It only takes about two seconds to swipe the card through the United Tote
reader or to hand it to the dealer prior to a poker game to automatically record your
activity.
Is my account confidential?
100% Confidential. All information pertaining to your account is strictly confidential
and is not available to any outside source. Daytona Beach Kennel Club and Poker
Room maintains customer information exclusively for its internal use and will not
sell or otherwise transfer such information to third parties.
May I share my card with family or friends?
No. Membership in the Daytona Players Card Rewards program is limited to you
and use of the card may not be shared or transferred. Each member is expected to
have an individual assigned membership number and corresponding card. Misuse
of the card or membership will result in loss of the card, all accumulated points and
any other services offered in connection with your membership.
